Scope of Project:
The project is located at the Charleroi Locks and Dam along the Monongahela River, approximately 41.5 miles south of Pittsburgh. The work under this contract consists primarily of the construction of portions of a new river wall. The work includes “in-the-wet” construction techniques for drilled shafts and mass concrete placement. Work also includes construction of a disposal facility and concrete batch plant which get turned over to the USACE upon completion of the project
