Scope of Project:
The majority of the work on this project was marine based and required the installation of 21 high capacity tiedown anchors and four concrete buttresses. The concrete buttresses consisted of designing and installing a temporary forming system to support an eight-foot wide by 40-foot long by 35-foot deep tremie concrete pour. The buttresses were installed in the downstream pool and doweled into the existing powerhouse. Each buttress also received three high capacity tiedowns.
