| New Business Development Manager (Saxonburg) |
Must possess the ability to create, find, and build client relationships and business opportunities through interaction both internally and externally to obtain new prospect leads. Assist in developing and facilitating the proposal process for specific clients including budget and pricing development, proposal writing, contract negotiations, and client presentations.
Five to seven years experience within both the specialty geotechnical industry and the Heavy/Civil construction field as it relates to business development. Experience supporting the development of proposals for commercial and non-commercial clients. Will also consider those individuals with contacts/experience within the heavy industrial construction (energy, utilities, power, wind, etc.) industry!
Must have industry contacts at present that can be developed into possible business within a short period of time!! |
Brayman is currently hiring entry level & experienced Project Engineers (Pennsylvania, West Virginia & Virginia) in the following disciplines:
Heavy/Civil Construction – All types of general contracting work including concrete, bridges/structures, shoring, excavation, drainage & utilities. DOT experience a plus.
Caisson Division - Experienced in the drilling and installation of structural caissons ranging in size from 18" to 72" in diameter, as well as soldier beam walls and similar projects.
Small Diameter Drilling – Experienced in specialty geotechnical work such as tiebacks, micro-piles, dam anchors, soil nail walls, soldier pile walls, and/or jet grouting.
Marine & Piling – Experienced with driven piling, cofferdam, and marine construction projects.
The selected candidates will be responsible for quantity takeoffs, tracking contract quantities and assisting project superintendents/managers as required. Civil Engineering degree preferred. Prior field experience is a plus. |

Brayman is currently hiring a QA/QC Manager for a large USACE project. Selected candidates must be degreed and will possess 5+ years of QA/QC experience working in heavy construction with strong exposure to the following:
Drilled Shafts
Mass Concrete/Tremie Concrete
Piling/Foundations/Caissons/Wall Structures
Large Rebar Projects |
The selected candidates will be responsible for general shop/yard laborer duties. This may include equipment operation, loading/unloading trucks, and general maintenance. Selected candidate must have demonstrated track record of excellent attendance and possess reliable transportation. |
Brayman is currently hiring Superintendents (Pennsylvania, West Virginia & Virginia) experienced in the following disciplines:

Brayman is currently hiring entry level & experienced Surveyors/Field Engineers (Pennsylvania, West Virginia & Virginia).
The selected candidates will be responsible for construction survey & layout. Engineering degree or technical degree is a plus. Excellent opportunities for advancement. |
POSITION FILLED
Ideal candidate will have marketing experience within a construction or civil engineering firm. Must have strong proposal writing skills and excellent communication skills. Must have ability to manage company website, branding and corporate literature. Will attend tradeshows and also engage in some business development activity. |
| Site Safety Engineer - Hinton, West Virginia |
POSITION FILLED
Selected candidate will manage job site safety and accident prevention by inspection, correcting safety hazards, and educating on site employees on safe, proper work practices. Individual will follow the Corporate established Safety Program and work closely with other team members on site.
Selected candidate should have a BS in Safety Sciences, as well as OSHA 500 Trainer Certification. Heavy civil construction experience preferably with dams and bridges is strongly preferred. |
